So, you have nothing to lose with Glimmer Gear®, if you received damaged goods you may return or exchange any of our products purchased on our website within 30 days of receipt. How do I Exchange or Return items purchased on GlimmerGear.com?
1. Fill out the Return Authorization Form on the back of the packing slip that came with your order. If you didn't receive the packing slip or cannot locate it, please write a detailed note detailing the items you are returning and the reason for the return. Be sure to include the order number, your name, email address, and phone number.
2. Pack the item(s) and the Return Authorization Form in the original box/envelope, if available. Include the tags or other packaging that originally came with the merchandise.
3. Mail the package to the address below. (we do not except C.O.D deliveries) Glimmer Gear® is not responsible to pay for the cost of shipping.
Item must be returned or exchanged within 30 days from date of receipt. Must be unworn with the original tags attached and in saleable condition. Your return will be processed within 7 business days of being received at our office and refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. You will receive an e-mail notification once your return is processed. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
