Rest assured, we've got you covered. Our LED strips endure thorough testing to ensure that they are safe, strong, and highly functional. All LED strips are built to last many years however, if you receive a defective LED strip it’s covered under our 1 year manufacturer’s warranty from date of delivery.*

What’s Covered?

Our warranty strictly covers the functions and components of the LEDs and/or LED strips. Fabric merchandise (such as jerseys, arm wear, hydration pack, jackets, safety vests, etc.) are NOT covered under this LEDs and/or LED strip warranty policy.  Warranty is void if the LEDs and/or LED strip is defective due to improper handling such as, but not limited to; bending, folding, breaking of the wire components due to stretching, subjection to high and direct levels of heat and submersion in water.

How do I Exchange my defected LED strip?

1. Fill out the Warranty Claim section of the Return Authorization Form on the back of the packing slip that came with your order. If you didn't receive the packing slip or cannot locate it, please write a detailed note detailing the problem with your LEDs and/or LED strip, order number, your name, email address, mailing address, and phone number. Claims received without this information will not be processed and/or may taking longer.

2. Pack the LED strip(s) and the Return Authorization Form in the original box/envelope, if available. Include the tags or other packaging that originally came with the merchandise.

3. Mail the package to the address below. (we do not except C.O.D deliveries) Glimmer Gear® is not responsible to pay for the cost of shipping.

If you would like a refund instead of an LED replacement, please note that requests received beyond the 30 day return period are not eligible for a refund. Defective LED strips, in such cases will be replaced with a new one. LED strip(s) must be received in our office within 1 year from date of delivery*. Upon receipt, your claim will be processed and a replacement mailed to you within 30 business days. You will receive e-mail notification once your claim is processed and completed. Damages caused by improper use will not be covered. 

*If item was shipped to you via regular first class mail and without tracking, date of delivery is assumed to be 7 days after order was placed.
